Shipping Policy – Nura Bliss
At Nura Bliss, we aim to deliver your fragrances quickly and securely. Below you’ll find all the information you need about our shipping process.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
During busy periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll do our best to keep you informed along the way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free standard UK shipping on all orders over £30. For orders under £30, a flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard UK Delivery: 2–3 business days
- Express Delivery (if available): 1–2 business days
Cut-off Time: The cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 12 PM on weekdays. We aim to dispatch as many orders as possible even after the cut-off time but cannot be held responsible for orders not dispatched on the same day after this time.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
Notifications: You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Exceptional Circumstances: We cannot guarantee delivery times during strikes, adverse weather conditions, or other disruptions. Refunds are unavailable for orders already dispatched, but we can resend lost or wrongfully delivered parcels.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our delivery areas in the near future.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the delivery status of your package.
Delivery Issues & Delays
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 1–2 days as delays may occasionally occur due to courier services or weather. If it still hasn't arrived, feel free to reach out to us at info@nurabliss.co.uk with your order number.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 1 days of delivery with photo or video evidence. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Support and Policies
Delivery Delays: While we strive for timely deliveries, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or other factors beyond our control. Rest assured, your purchase is secure with us.
Liability: We provide full support and assurance, but please understand that delays caused by courier services are outside our control.
