Yes, absolutely — all our perfumes are 100% authentic and original. We source every product directly from verified and reputable distributors in the UK and Europe, ensuring that you receive only genuine fragrances, never replicas or counterfeits.
How do you package the perfumes for safe delivery?
We take packaging seriously to ensure your perfume arrives safe and damage-free. Each order is wrapped in protective bubble wrap for impact resistance and placed inside a strong, sealed shipping box to prevent leaks, cracks, or dents.
Unlike many retailers who use minimal packaging, we ensure your order is fully cushioned for a safe, secure, and worry-free arrival. If an issue ever occurs, our support team is here to help.
Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders directly from our UK location to ensure fast, reliable delivery for our customers across the United Kingdom.
What is the delivery/transit duration?

Absolutely! While we offer perfumes traditionally labelled as men’s, women’s, and unisex, we believe that fragrance has no gender. Any perfume can be worn by anyone — it’s all about what you enjoy. Our collection includes a wide range of scents suitable for every personality, preference, and occasion, so you can choose what truly speaks to you.
How long do your perfumes last?
Our perfumes are formulated with high concentrations of essential oils, ensuring long-lasting wear, often lasting 8-12 hours or more, depending on your skin type and environment.
How can I place an order?

Can I return or exchange a perfume?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened perfume bottles.However, please refer to our Store Policy for detailed information on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging your order—each perfume is securely wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure it arrives safely and intact. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage. Our team will be happy to offer a replacement or a refund in accordance with our store policy.
Do you have a physical store?
At the moment, we are an online-exclusive store. However, we do occasionally participate in pop-up events and markets. Follow us on social media for updates.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns only on unopened and unused products in their original packaging, and only within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened perfumes. Please refer to our full Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy for details.
Can I exchange a perfume if I received the wrong one or it arrived damaged?
Yes, absolutely. If you received the wrong product or if your item was damaged during delivery, we will gladly exchange it. Just contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we’ll handle it swiftly.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are offered in select cases, such as order cancellations before shipping, damaged or defective items, or approved returns of unopened products. Refunds are processed via your original payment method.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes – orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, we may have already processed your order. If you need help, email us at info@nurabliss.co.uk right away.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect or faulty item), we will cover return shipping costs. However, for returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
