Return Eligibility
At Nura Bliss, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received—unused, unopened, and with the original seal cellophane wrapping fully intact. We are unable to accept returns for any products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nurabliss.co.uk. Do not send any items back without prior authorisation, as returns without approval will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Returning an incorrect product or sending back an opened or used item may result in the denial of a refund or replacement. A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 1 days of receiving the item. Include photo or video proof, along with the tracking ID, and send it to info@nurabliss.co.uk. We will evaluate your case and may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items unless they are damaged or incorrect. Gift cards and any perfumes that have been opened or unsealed are also non-returnable.
Exchanges and Replacements
We do not offer exchanges. However, if you’ve received a wrong or damaged item, we may offer a replacement based on your report. Please ensure that issues are reported within 1 days of delivery, and that all claims are supported with clear proof.

Return Evaluation
